  • On May 19, Joseph Calleja will perform at the No.1 Court Celebration, a special exhibition of tennis and music. Joining him are the BBC Concert Orchestra and Paloma Faith. He then travels to Berlin to sing Don José on June 19 and 22, with Stéphanie d'Oustrac as Carmen and Samuel Dale Johnson as Escamillo. Jacques Lacombe conducts.

  • After singing a concert on May 26 at Music Festival in Łańcut Castle, Poland, Piotr Beczała starts the month of June with a concert joining Olga Peretyatko at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg on June 2 and a recital at Vienna's Musikverein with Helmut Deutsch at the piano on June 5. He then stars as Cavaradossi on June 15, 18 and 23 at the Wiener Staatsoper. Nina Stemme sings the role of Tosca and Carlos Álvarez is Scarpia.
