  • Maltese tenor Joseph Calleja has been named one of the 2016 inductees into the Royal Academy of Music’s Honorary Members. A regular presence on London’s opera and concert stages, Joseph joins a roster that includes Bryn Terfel, Joan Sutherland, Paul McCartney, Nicolai Gedda, Joyce DiDonato, and Plácido Domingo.  The elite membership is limited to 300 members with the award to be presented by the Duchess of Gloucester in July.
