  • To begin the season, Dmitry Korchak makes his role debut as the title role in Les contes d’Hoffmann at the Wiener Staatsoper. The performances take place from September 5 - 15, and he's joined by Gaëlle Arquez as the Muse/Nicklausse, Luca Pisaroni as the Four Villains and Olga Peretyatko as Olympia, Giulietta and Antonia. Frédéric Chaslin conducts.

    The performances on September 11 and 15 will be recorded by Radio Ö1 and broadcast on September 21 at 19:30 local time.
